Do you adopt resolutions each New Year’s Day? Or have you stopped because it seems they may only last a week or two? This article shares 8 resolutions that can make a great difference in your day to day enjoyment and happiness. For the next 12 months, Winter Grace will be revisiting these resolutions time and time again. We will have specific tips, information, and opportunities to live these out and just perhaps a few more. Everyone, regardless of age will benefit from these suggestions. I am looking forward to it. 1.Exercise 10 minutes everyday.

2.Explore new volunteer opportunities.

3.Revive and old friendship.

4. Spend more time with the grand kids. (Don’t have any? We have suggestions on this one.)

5. Make healthier dessert decision. (Oh, now this is exciting. Stay tuned for great recipes. They may surprise you.)

6. Revisit an old past time. (You may learn about some new ones here that you may just have to try.)

7. Challenge your brain regularly. (There are many ways to do this. We are going to explore them.)

8. Be conscious about your overall health.
